Source of Inspiration: Time Imprints from Italy's "Stone City," Matera

Matera, Italy—the architecture of this "Stone City" has coexisted with its rocky landscape for thousands of years. Sculpted by time and nature, it has settled into a rustic and profound historical texture.

Our inspiration comes from the world cultural heritage known as the "Stone City"—the ancient Italian town of Matera. Here, the rocks and architecture grow together. Through the baptism of time, they have formed a unique and eternal texture that does not pursue perfection, yet is full of the power of life.

The Matera Series is the ultimate capture of this primal, serene beauty that originates from the earth and settles through time. We condense and transform the understated yet premium natural rhythm of Matera's stone into the language of modern space, allowing every inch of texture to tell a story of time.

"Every tile carries a story of settling and growth, injecting modern residences with an understated power that stands the test of time."

FAQ
- Are matte tiles really difficult to clean?

That is an outdated perception. The Matera Series uses advanced digital matte technology and a high-density anti-stain glaze. The surface pores are smaller, making it difficult for stains to penetrate. Daily cleaning with water or a neutral cleaner is sufficient, completely solving the cleaning challenge.
- Is the 600x1200mm size good for installation?

This size is the golden dimension for modern homes. It effectively reduces floor seams, making the space visually more open, tidy, and expansive. At the same time, compared to extra-large tiles, it has lower installation difficulty and less transportation loss. Balancing aesthetics and high cost-effectiveness, it is the ideal choice for minimalist and wabi-sabi styles.
- Is the product wear-resistant? I have children and pets at home.

There is absolutely no need to worry. The product has undergone rigorous testing, achieving a Mohs hardness of over 4, far exceeding national standard requirements. It can easily handle the daily friction and scratches from children's toys and pet claws. It is durable, with a lifespan of decades, always keeping the surface texture like new.
- Are there only two colors available?

The currently featured "Plain Sand" and "Rock Brown" are the most representative earth tones in wabi-sabi aesthetics. With warm, enduring hues and versatile styling, they perfectly match various soft furnishings, ensuring they remain classic even after a decade. In the future, based on market feedback, we will gradually introduce extended color lines with the same texture to enrich the choices.
