  Yes! Our showroom is located at Ceramic Headquarters in Foshan, China. We welcome visitors Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
- Where can I find installation instructions?
  
  Detailed installation and maintenance guides are available on our website. We highly recommend having your contractor review these guidelines before beginning the installation process.
- Do you offer installation services?
  
  No, Momo Tiles does not provide installation services. We strongly advise hiring an experienced professional who is specifically familiar with working with handmade tiles.
- How much average should I order?
  
  We recommend ordering a minimum of 15% coverage to cover cutting waste, potential breakage, and future repairs. Because handmade tiles can vary in color from batch to batch, having extra on hand ensures you will have matching tiles should you need them in the future.
- Do you offer free samples?
  
  Yes. We provide up to 5 samples to interior designers, architects, retailers, and contractors.
  
  Samples are free, but postal cost need to be paid by customers.

  Your complete delivery address
  
  A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.
- Will I receive a full-size sample or a cut piece?
  
  Both options are available. The exact sample size is clearly noted on each product page prior to checkout.

  Yes, we do! For international orders, please email us with your delivery address and the total quantity of tiles required, and we will be happy to provide a custom shipping quote.
